Wondeful, like everything at personal Touch!

I have been a client of Personal Touch for at least ten years. I have always experience excellent service,a warm atmosphere,and the best comroderie among the girls in the shop. I had the most wonderful experience last week. I pampered myself for my birthday. I had the $116 package. Facial, massage, pedi, and manicure. It was fantastic. Great service! Great salon!

I have been to several spas and salons in Lynchburg and none can begin to compare to Personal Touch. The environment is luxurious, bright and gleaming and the personnel are kind and personal. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Extremely disappointed with customer care and Service. After 4 attemps over 9 months to schedule an 1 hr massage I finally got one. After being in the room and undressed I was then informed by the receptionist they would not give me a massage because I was 8 weeks pregant. I was lied to and told this was against policy when in fact I read all their policies and this is not in there. As I walked out of the salon quietly no effort for apologies were made or effort to offer other services that night instead of the massage.
